Regeneration

 

Both the Bracknell Regeneration Partnership (BRP) and Bracknell Forest Council (BFC) are totally committed to delivering a comprehensive redevelopment of the town centre.

We are working hard behind the scenes to bring forward the most deliverable sections as early as possible.

Like all major regeneration projects, Bracknell Town Centre, is reliant on commitment from major occupiers to provide the momentum for the necessary inward investment. Discussions are on-going with several occupiers who have expressed interest in the regeneration.

It is anticipated that BRP and BFC will be able to make significant announcements during the course of 2010/11 concering important milestones that are proposed or have been achieved in order to progress the regeneration programme.

We will of course, communicate any definitive news as soon as we are able to do so.
