The winner of Bracknell Regeneration Partnership’s late night shopping competition to win an iPad2 has been chosen, and the lucky winner was Joanne Elder from Warfield.
Shoppers who came in to Bracknell town centre to shop on any of the late night Thursdays in December when the shops were open until 8pm (1st, 8th and 15th) were eligible to enter; all they had to do was present a receipt for a non-food purchase made after 5pm from a Bracknell town centre shop and fill in an entry form. Over the last few weeks, the Bracknell in Bloom committee has been hard at work planting tulip bulbs ready for Spring.
The tulips have been planted to help celebrate the 25th anniversary of Thames Hospicecare.
